Founded in Piscataway, New Jersey, in 1995 by Richard H. Kaplan and Frank J. Rubin, Rubin, Kaplan & Associates, P.C. provides a full range of business, immigration, and family law services to clients throughout north central New Jersey.

A large portion of our practice is devoted to new business formation, business mergers and acquisitions, working through business disputes, and handling the purchase, sale, and lease of commercial real estate.
We are a non-Chinese law firm with a large Chinese client base. We have Chinese speaking staff on hand to ensure accurate and smooth flow of communication between our attorneys and our Chinese speaking clients.
